This worked fantastically on a few tshirts I had removed the colour from then dyed over to create a water themed tie dye. Loved it!
My work trousers colour is better than when they were new. I've bought more to do the rest of my uniform. Very happy.
Brilliantly revived an old pair of Converse.
Given me another few years life from them!!
Thank you
Used 2 bottles in a large steel sink and managed to dye 2 pairs of black jeans back to there former glory and a very heavy hoody plus a polo shirt they all came out as black as black can be.Left no mess in the sink either.
Dyed my sofa covers and cushion cases from woven mixed natural colours to dark brown, I was unsure because it is a wool mix, but it turned out brilliantly a lovely rich chocolate colour with shading to the patterns on the covers, really impressed, I used 6 bottles and a fixing solution. It took one hour of constant stirring which was hard work because it is a 6 seater sofa, so the covers are very big, but I am pleased with the outcome.
Wow, this product really exceeded my expectations! I'm normally extremely careful when it comes to washing whites & colours. Exhausted after a long haul flight I washed a new lemon coloured linen dress with my whites & everything came out with a hue of yellow - it was weeks after when I discovered your Rit Colour Removal and thought, I might as well 'give it a go'....I never expected the results it gave me - fabulous, all my White linen blouses returned to their former glory & I think, even whiter than before! Thank you!
Used alongside a few other colours to make a mix from the colour formula chart. Worked perfectly.
It's definitely red, but it's a gentle red. I would have expected a more vibrant red for "cherry".
This took really well- no spotting or patches!
Put the open bottle in the washing machine, added extra water and wham great black color. Pity though that the fixative can't be added in the same circle.
I got fantastic results from this dye, I used it on some horror shirts I had removed some of the colour from to create a blood spatter effect on them. Used in tandem with fixative and could not have asked for better results!

I dyed a pair of synthetic swim/ everyday shorts with Ritdye charcoal. The results have been superb.
After a jacuzzi chemically bleached them to a horrible pale brown I had given up hope and these were not cheap.
I had no other products to dye and was a bit lazy measuring out so used the whole bottle.
Outstanding result literally back to original black finish. It has not bled, and has been colourfast in the sun. I probably wont swim in them again - but for less than £10 postage ive saved them. Cannot recommend enough.
Good delivery service, prices are good and product quality is also good. My first time dying fabric and it worked out OK and the end result was good for me. Next time I would use a bigger bucket and leave the fabric in for longer but overall good experience worth a go if you are on the fence about trying it. I'll probably have another go soon as I bought more.
I dyed a pale mint jumpsuit navy blue! I followed all the instructions. What a doddle!!
I used three different Rit Dye colors and followed one of their suggested mixes. The color turned out beautifully—even, rich, and exactly what I was hoping for. Super easy to use and perfect for DIY projects. Highly recommend!
I had a brightly coloured jumpsuit which I wanted to dye black. After using this highly effective colour remover (no bleach risks!), the black dye worked a treat.
Washed my dyed garment plenty of times, no bleeding or fading of colours.
So easy to use I just love that I now have a new pair of dungarees! Not white but neon green!
A bit of a faff getting it ready to use in my front loading washing machine but the outcome has been worth it. Bright good colour over a previous similar colour. Very pleased.
